Podere Lamberto is 400 sq m and is the ideal place to rent by the week for groups of up to 12 persons (plus children up to 12 years of age). Whether it's a nuclear family, an extended family group or a group of friends, everyone will have their privacy as each suite has a separate entrance and its own living room.
The common area on the lower floor is about 170 sq m and includes a professionally equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a cozy corner in which to enjoy the warmth of the fireplace and a comfortable room for reading or watching TV. There's also a toilet, and a fully equipped laundry and ironing room. As the Villa is self-catering, no meals are included.
Outside there's a barbecue and a wooden gazebo in which to take your meals while enjoying the silence and beauty of nature. Guests who rent the Villa will have at their disposal the surrounding green space, the garden and the pool.
Our pool is 6 x 12 m and is located in the most scenic part of the property, completely surrounded by fields and centuries-old trees. There's also a hot water shower and a covered area in which to relax.

Tourism tax City of Montepulciano
In accordance with Council Resolution No. 91 of 30 November 2011, the Municipality of Montepulciano has introduced a Tourist Tax, to take from 1 February 2012.
The amount payable for this hotel is Euro 1,00 per person per night.
The children under 12 are exempt.
