The farmhouse is on two floors: the ground floor has a large dining room, a living room with satellite television, and a corner area with a fireplace. In the morning guests can sample fresh organic produce from the buffet breakfast, with tempting biscuits and cakes baked by the owner. There is also a large professional kitchen.
Dinner is available on request, and we would be delighted to prepare some of our simple local produce for you. Discover the traditional flavours of the best locally-sourced food: Pienza pecorino sheep cheese, Chianina beef, Cinta Senese cold cuts, homemade pici pasta, and, naturally, our own olive oil and wines: Tartufaie, Rosso di Montepulciano and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
The ground floor also houses a facilities room with a bathroom, washing machine and ironing facilities, as well as areas reserved for staff, with laundry cupboards and dinner services.
The cellar houses our wine barrels, where the farm’s wines are matured.
The rooms and the apartments are on the upper floor, each with independent access: two open onto the balcony that runs along the building’s façade, and two are accessible from the back. Being built on a slope, the rooms at the back of the building are at ground level.
The farmhouse is entirely immersed in nature, looking out over a panoramic view of the valley to the front and surrounded by oak woodland on the other three sides. There is a large garden area with sun loungers and benches. Guests can also make use of the barbecue area, with a wooden gazebo and tables for serving meals.
The swimming pool is situated at a distance of about 200 metres, along a shady path through the hazelnut trees. The pool is in one of the farm’s most beautiful areas, with a spectacular view, surrounded by woodland and lawns. There are changing rooms, a hot shower, and sun beds.
The rooms and apartments are available with Bed and Breakfast service, but the entire building is also available for weekly rentals (Villa option).
